We offer custom t-shirts, sublimated clothing, tumblers, digital artwork, and more!
2. Can I request a design that isn’t listed on your website?
Absolutely! If you have a unique design in mind, contact us, and we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.
3. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! We provide bulk pricing for large orders. Contact us for a custom quote.
Ordering & Customization
4. How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website by selecting your product, customizing it, and checking out using one of our secure payment options.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit card payments along with PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Chime for secure and convenient transactions.
6. How do I upload my design or logo?
Prior to checkout, you’ll have the option to upload files in each product page. If you have any issues, email us your design with your order details.
7. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Changes may be possible within 24 hours of ordering. Contact us immediately to request modifications.
Shipping & Delivery
8. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Processing times vary based on customization complexity. Most orders ship within 5-7 business days.
9. Do you offer rush orders?
At this time Rush Orders are not being accepted!
10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but we’re working on expanding our reach.
Returns & Refunds
11. What is your return policy?
As we strive to provide quality products, customer service and products delivered in a timely manner our biggest goal is to excel in customer service.
Due to the personalized nature of our products there are no refunds on custom items underneath any circumstance.
Once an item is accepted by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other applicable carrier, MagNyfyCynt Creations is no longer responsible or liable for items lost or damaged in transit. However, we are committed to working with both the carrier and our customers on an individual basis to help resolve delivery issues and ensure timely arrivals whenever possible.
12. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
Additional Services
13. Do you offer design assistance?
Yes! If you need help creating a design, we offer design services for an additional fee.
14. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
We can provide custom packaging for special occasions. Let us know your request at checkout.
