Damages, Returns and/or Issues:
As we strive to provide quality products, customer service and products delivered in a timely manner are our biggest goal is to excel in customer service. 

There are no refunds on custom items underneath any circumstance.

Once an item is accepted by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other applicable carrier, MagNyfyCynt Creations is no longer responsible or liable for items lost or damaged in transit. However, we are committed to working with both the carrier and our customers on an individual basis to help resolve delivery issues and ensure timely arrivals whenever possible.
