Terms of service

By placing an order with MagNyfyCynt Creations, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Custom Orders: All products are custom-made to your specifications. Variations in color, placement, and finishes are normal and part of the handmade process.

Payment: Full payment is required before production begins. A non-refundable $35 design fee applies to all custom design orders and is credited toward your final balance.

Picture Submission: You are responsible for submitting high-quality images. Poor quality photos (screenshots, filtered, cropped, or low-resolution images) may result in lower print quality, and we are not liable for these outcomes.

Mockup Approval: Orders requiring mockups will not be produced until written approval is received. Rush order clients must approve mockups within 2 hours to maintain expedited timelines.

Shipping: We are not responsible for postal carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages once your order has been handed over to the carrier. Please order early to allow sufficient delivery time.

Refunds/Returns: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is a major defect in workmanship.

Rush Orders: Rush fees are non-refundable and apply only to production time, not shipping speed.

Media Consent: We may photograph, and share completed products for promotional use unless you request otherwise before production begins.
